Alan Korobkin, the principal of Saratoga Construction Corporation, is a native Washingtonian
and a graduate of University of Maryland. Mr. Korobkin has been in the construction trade since the mid 1970's, formerly working for established construction concerns. Because of his vast and thorough knowledge of the construction industry, Mr. Korobkin is often engaged as an expert witness in construction litigation.
